CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be notified by written with email to the Organizing Secretariat (2ndsoundhearing2018@gmail.com).
All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Refunds for cancellations:
80% up to October 1st, 2018
50% between October 2nd and December 1st, 2018
no refund after January 15th, 2019

No refunds are due to late arrivals or early departures.
